It started with an initial HR screening, which was a 4-hour session broken down into four 45-minute conversations with different people, interspersed with 15-minute breaks. Following that, there was a final interview via video with the group Director. While it sounds like a lot, the process was actually quite relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable. A job offer was extended a few days after the final interview.
