A recruiter reached out, and the scheduled call was missed. After a reminder, we rescheduled for later that day. The recruiter asked standard questions but seemed unfocused. The hiring manager then indicated an onsite interview was likely. It took six days for the company to schedule the onsite. Another recruiter contacted me for a call that seemed redundant. The process of scheduling the onsite was inefficient, involving multiple follow-ups over four days before the interview was set for the next day. I had to reschedule due to the short notice, and after another four-day wait and no response to my email, I was informed of my rejection. The recruitment process and organization appeared poorly managed.
