Behavioral Presentation Case

There were 4 interviews in total: first an HR interview, then a 5-person panel interview, followed by a 4-part project that included a presentation and questions. The last interview was with the PDG. The project involved creating a pitch deck and a wrap report, and then answering very basic questions about optimization scenarios. The questions were heavily sales-oriented, focusing on how to sell Twitter and its positioning within the ad market. Although the team was great, HR ghosted me on feedback even though I made it to the final round, which was disappointing.

Behavioral Presentation

The company makes you go through a lengthy interview process that includes multiple rounds, an assignment, and a presentation. The first interviewer, SJ, seemed uninterested from the start, which set the tone. My advice for HR/hiring managers: review resumes before making candidates go through the process, only to then say they aren't strong enough or lack experience in a specific vertical.

Behavioral

I applied for the role right when it was posted and heard back from the recruiter 5 days later. Later that same week, I had an initial phone screen with her, and it went well. At the end, she was really upfront and told me they were already in the final interview stages with an internal candidate. She said she'd check with the hiring manager to confirm if they wanted to move forward with me. I wasn't really sure why they'd interview me if they were already interviewing/hiring someone internally, but then it was explained that companies have to interview external candidates by law. Anyway, they ended up going with the internal candidate.
