I went to the Mountain Top facility and met with the engineering manager and a senior process engineer. We toured the facility, and I was asked basic questions about the company, culture, expectations, and my mechanical ability. Then, we went over to the True Form facility where I met another Senior Process Engineer. We followed the same format as before. Finally, I met with HR to finalize things.
