The interview process was really efficient. I had a phone screen with a recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was super helpful, and the hiring process moved quickly without any delays. They made a decision and let me know pretty fast.

Started with a phone chat with the recruiter, and they set up another interview right then. They asked standard questions for this kind of job, nothing too tough. Then, I had an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and the team leader. Again, the questions weren't overly challenging. They asked basic things about how to handle client situations, ethics, and boundaries. One person was really friendly, smiling a lot, while the manager seemed more stern, like a 'good cop-bad cop' thing. The recruiter was great, super friendly and personable on the phone. Just a heads-up, they do a really thorough background check and seem to want info that isn't really relevant to the job, like a credit report, which I don't think they need.

It was a straightforward interview process, they mainly asked about my past jobs, if I had my own car, and if I was okay with driving between buildings when coverage was needed.

My application was replied to the day after and I had an interview the following day. The interview went well and I had a great open conversation with the manager there. The only downside is that my followup email was not replied to.
