So first you'll meet with HR. They'll go over the whole orientation thing, pay, and like, the usual policies and benefits – PTO, health insurance, all that. Then, they get into details specific to the job you applied for. For me, I went for a night position, so I'll get an extra amount for working nights after orientation, but not during. Also, since I applied to the ER, my orientation is gonna be longer than someone who went to MedSurg.

You have to apply online and HR will call after. They called me quickly to set up the interview at the main hospital. Even the first interview for clinic positions are done at the hospital. Everyone interviewing was very nice and friendly. The next interview is with the department you will be working for. Then a peer interview follows.
