The interview process was prompt, timely, and fast. It started with a telephone screen from the recruiter, followed by six panel interviews. Overall, it was a good experience. The recruiter was very helpful and even coached me. After each interview, the recruiter provided prompt updates about the next steps.

It was an online interview that lasted about 30 minutes. They asked pretty basic questions about whether I had experience with designing engineering drawings and stuff like data collection and putting it into Microsoft Excel.

Behavioral Technical

The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked me about my resume, if I was okay with working weekends/holidays/overtime, and told me more about the company and the job. Since manufacturing isn't for everyone, they'll ask if you're comfortable in a cleanroom, so really think about that. Often, the person interviewing you isn't your direct boss. Supervisors seem to rotate interviews, and you'll be placed with whichever team or project is hiring at that moment. I was actually interviewed by a supervisor from a different project than the one I was assigned to.

My first interview was virtual, meeting with 4-5 senior scientists for technical questions. They also shared a lot about the company. Then, about a week later, I interviewed with the director. It was a friendly chat about the role and the company's future direction.
