I got an email about an hour after applying online, and the recruiter was super responsive and enthusiastic. During the phone interview, we had a great chat about my past work, my thought process, and projects I liked. She'd reviewed my portfolio beforehand, which was a nice change. Right after, a senior copywriter called to share their perspective, and then the recruiter called back with an offer. They really took the time to explain why they thought I'd be a good fit for the copywriter intern role.
- Tell me about a favorite project in your portfolio.
- What have you been doing since you graduated?
- What types of past work have you enjoyed?

I sent in my application in mid-March, but didn't hear back until late April. Things moved quickly after that. First, I had a phone screening with HR, and then about a week later, I went in for an in-person interview that lasted a bit over an hour. I chatted with the CCO and Creative Director, and it felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview. They let me know their decision two days later.
- In what ways do you keep yourself informed about new developments in creative advertising?
- Could you share what you are currently reading?
- Can you tell me about your experience during your most recent internship, including what you enjoyed about it?
Copywriter
The interview process was professional and good, with everything being clear. I was able to ask all my questions and received clear and transparent answers. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and involved three relevant employees: a senior copywriter, the creative services manager, and the creative director.
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous role?
