First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wunderman.
Account Supervisor
I applied online for a position at Wunderman and got an email to schedule a phone call with the HR Manager. They had to reschedule about three times, but when we did talk it was a great conversation. I was told what to expect and when, and I followed up. After a few months, the position was paused, but the HR Manager reached out again to schedule an interview. Those interviews were set up fast, and after I finished the loop, it took a few weeks to get news about the job, but the HR Manager always replied fast when I asked about the position's status and was very helpful and honest. I really liked the interview process with Wunderman. It was one of the smoothest I've seen in the industry.
- What feedback have your supervisors given you about your performance?
- How do you motivate and lead your team?
Account Supervisor
I applied through the Wunderman website on a Friday and by Monday morning, the recruiter, Genevieve, reached out to set up a screener call about my experience. Genevieve was great to work with, responsive, and kept things moving quickly. She made it easy to schedule interviews that worked with my current job. After the screener, Genevieve set up a phone interview with two account leads in New York, an in-person meeting with the person on maternity leave, and another on-site interview with the client. Genevieve checked in after each stage and quickly shared the positive final decision. The post-offer paperwork was also handled efficiently.
- In a project management setting with tight deadlines, how do you handle situations where delays affect the final asset's delivery date, and how do you communicate the project's status and any delays to stakeholders?
Account Manager
The interview process felt quite strange, and this is the second time I've experienced it with the same agency over eight years. Initially, they'd bring me in for an interview, and then they'd go silent. Months later, they'd contact me again for another interview, and then they'd disappear once more. I really wish they'd be more careful with scheduling and act more professionally.
- Which brand do you aspire to work with?
