Technical Behavioral

Super tranquilo, honesto e generoso.

It was a long process but nothing too technical. It was more learning for me and the interviewer. Really assessed what I knew. I also learned deeply what the job was.

Behavioral

Started with a phone call from a recruiter who seemed clueless about the job, had awkward silences, made strange comments, and was late. Then, there was a Zoom meeting with an HR Manager, followed by an in-person interview with another HR Manager and a colleague. The interviews were quite boring and made me question my career in HR.

Behavioral

Recruiter was super nice and responsive. But the hiring managers were stressed about job security. They're not really looking to grow people's careers internally because they'd rather hire engineers who want to stay engineers. There's no real training or career development, so they only bring in people with very specific experience because they don't want to spend time training you. So, honestly, don't bother if your background isn't similar. WME is only looking for folks from manufacturing industries.
