Application to interview scheduling was super fast, which was awesome. It wasn't your typical corporate thing, more like a startup way of interviewing, mostly good. I talked straight to the COO for the first round, and it was only 15 minutes.

First round interview was with a polite interviewer. Typical questions were asked about my background and interest in working at Wunder Capital. It lasted about 25-30 minutes. The job descriptions are meaningless. I saw three different job titles with the same description which does not help to learn about the responsibilities of the role. Being a startup there is limited information about the company and management and HR should put more effort in communicating the job to attract and identify the best candidates.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 4 rounds of interviews for the Solar Development Analyst position. The first was with HR, covering the role and my experience. Then I had a challenge where I had to submit a report on two problem prompts within 5 days. After that, I spoke with the CPO about my background and interest in the company. Finally, I met with the CEO, who really dug into my past work and how I tackled problems. The interviews were quick, happening about 3-5 days apart. The final stage would have been an on-site at their Boulder office, but I got a decline after that.

I had conversations with the co-founders, the team lead (met with them twice), people operations, and two other team members, totaling six interviews. They were quite open about the role and the company. I also completed a case interview which took about 2-3 days to prepare and then I presented my findings to the team lead who asked some follow-up questions regarding my work.
