Manager
HR contacted me and set up an interview with two managers. It lasted about 30 minutes and was all about my background and resume. The interviewers seemed professional and gave me a better sense of the role.

Marketing
It was a pleasure meeting the team and learning about the role. It was also great for Wu Yee to learn about my background. So much learning!
- Can you share your background with me?
Marketing/Development Coordinator
The process began with sending in some of my work, then I had an in person meeting. It was the worst interview ever, the vibe was really bad. They doubted my experience and what I can do, acting like I was lying. It felt a little catty, they made fun of me asking what I do at my current job after I had already told them. Some jobs aren't so structured where you only do one thing. In my role, I have to do a bit of everything! When I first met the hiring team and shook their hands, most didn't look happy. They told me to bring my resume and an application, but they didn't even look at my application. I knew then they wouldn't hire me. I've interviewed at many different places, and I've never felt so out of place. Even in interviews with only white men. Honestly, if they offered me the job, which was unlikely, I would have turned it down because I felt so awkward. Only apply if you are Asian or white.
- Do you know Microsoft Word?
- What improvements could be made to our social media presence?
FS
It was a quick interview process. They asked pretty standard questions with two interviewers. The process was pretty simple, but they can take a while to respond back to schedule an interview or follow up on questions. Pretty normal process.
- Can you tell me about your experience managing multiple deadlines?
