Intern
This part of the process is about 30-60 minutes long and usually goes like this. We start with introductions and talk about the company, then we'll ask you some questions about your background and experience. We'll also ask some questions specific to the role or behavioral questions, and we'll finish by giving you time to ask us any questions you have about the company or the position.
- Can you share an instance where you received tough or awkward feedback from a supervisor or mentor? What was the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the result? How did you utilize the feedback?
UX Intern
It was a Hirevue recording. They asked questions about a time you had to make a hard decision under stress, working on a team, and a time you failed during a project and how you recovered from it.
- Tell me about a difficult decision you had to make when you were under stress.
- Describe a situation where you worked as part of a team.
- Can you share an experience of a project failure and how you managed to recover from it?

The interview process was really inappropriate with questions asked and if you don't answer you will be docked "points". Interviewees are judged on what they wear, if they fit in the culture and hiring preference is given to recent college grads. They are great at digging into questions to make sure you are being truthful.
- How much money is in your savings account?
- How did you pay for college?
- What is your credit score?
Actuarial Analyst
The online hire vue interview was easy and went well. Basic questions appeared on the screen and I had to answer them in the given time frame. There were also two gamified assessments that tested my numerical and quantitative ability, which will play a role in my marks.
- Tell me about a time you had to make a decision when faced with conflicting choices.
