there were 3 steps: first a consultant screening based on the CV, then a consultant qualifying based on standard questions and tests, and finally an open discussion with a financial adviser (not HR or the hiring manager) about business achievements.

The interview process started with a video call interview where I met with each product manager I'd be working with, my manager, and a member of my functional team. After that step, there were a couple of phone follow-ups scheduled at my convenience. I came in for a team interview, and had one-on-ones with executives during this same day. The entire process took about two weeks. They did a "design in front of me" exercise which was really about communicating with a team while doing a quick heuristic evaluation of an application.

The interview process started with a phone interview where I was asked basic questions about my resume and an algorithm question. This was followed by a full-day onsite interview which mostly involved whiteboard exercises focused on problem-solving. It was a tough process with smart people. I had 6 one-on-one interviews, including an HR round. The interviews covered computer science basics and some programming. I felt I did well in some rounds, but others where I didn't perform as well impacted my overall outcome. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer.
