The interview process involved a phone screen, followed by two in-person interviews. After that, they extended an offer and we entered negotiations. They were very thoughtful regarding the start date and training process. I'd highly recommend WSi healthcare for their knowledge and fast pace.

It was quick and easy. I brought my credentialing paperwork in and interviewed with a couple people from their nursing team. They set me up for a contract down in Pueblo and I've been there since. The information was detailed and explained very well. I didn't have any surprises starting my new position and was provided with lots of orientation work. After the interview, I went around the corner to get a drug screen and was active by the end of the week.

The interview and credentialing process is absolutely grueling - However, once you pass you will know that they hire only the most qualified nurses. If you have bad marks on your license or poor recommendations - don't bother applying. If you want to work for a quality agency that will take your needs into account and ensure you top dollar, WSI is a good place.

A recruitment specialist reached out to me. We had a quick phone chat about my background and what I bring to the table. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview with the person I'd be working with most.
