Engineer
The interview was very nice and challenging. I am very satisfied with the employer. I learned how an interview works and my skills would grow a lot by next year. Good negotiation skills should be acquired.

Account Executive
I was approached by a third party recruiter about this job, and the first two interviews went great. Then, they wanted me to take a personality test to see if I'd be a "fit" for the company. I took the test, but then weeks went by with no word. The recruiter got really annoyed with how unresponsive they were, and their agency even dropped them as a client. After waiting for ages, they finally got back to me and said they weren't moving forward because of my personality test results. It's a shame, because weeks of waiting could've been avoided if they were just more organized and communicated better.
- In what ways do you think your abilities match this role?
Quality Engineer
This was for an entry-level Quality Engineer role. The process started with HR and the Department Supervisor asking general questions about my resume and past experience. After that, we toured the facility and they gave high-level explanations of how things operate. The interview seemed more focused on showcasing my experience and assessing my personality to see if I'd fit with the team, rather than deep technical questions or tests. Everything was conversational; there were no written or online assessments.
- Can you share an instance where you faced a challenge in a project or problem, and describe the steps you took to overcome it and achieve a resolution?
Engineering Manager
The interview for this role started with a phone screen with an HR Coordinator. We talked about my background and then they asked me some specific questions about situations, like 'Tell me about a time when...'. The company is really focused on Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. It was a professional and friendly chat, not too stressful. No surprises, it was a good experience. The call went for about an hour.
- Can you share an instance where you received a directive you disagreed with and describe how you managed the situation?
