It was a very long process with way too many interviews. They also took a really long time to get back to me. I had to create a marketing plan. I did meet a lot of interesting people, but in the end, the culture wasn't a great fit.

It was pretty thorough, maybe a bit too long. I had an initial chat with a recruiter, and then they set up a bunch of interviews with different people on the team. Had some really good talks. The whole thing took a few months.

I had a 30-minute screening call that started right on time. The HR person was good with communication before the call. They asked about my background and why I want this job. It was fine, but they seemed annoyed when I asked basic questions like why the role is open, about the company culture, and the next steps. They also mentioned a take-home assignment to create a marketing plan for the property, which seems like a lot of work for the pay range.

It starts with a typical recruiter phone screen. After that, it can be a pretty long process, so don't get discouraged. I interviewed with the SVP of Leasing, 3 Leasing Directors, the EVP of Leasing, the CEO, and the CIO. In total, there were 8 rounds, which seems like a lot, but the company is a close-knit group and they like to be very thorough. The whole thing took 3.5 weeks from start to finish.
