This interview process was incredibly thorough and insightful. It felt very intense and in-depth, with a confrontational yet collaborative approach. I interacted with at least 4 different individuals, and we had several challenging conversations. Overall, the experience was intimate, open, and creative, setting a strong foundation for a transparent and empowering working relationship. It was great to gain a clear understanding of each other's perspectives and to meet some genuinely dedicated people.

The interview process was okay, although the hiring manager or recruiter was really intense. They dug very deep into my past, perhaps inappropriately so. My previous employers were contacted without my knowledge, even though they weren't listed as references. After I cleared the first three interview stages, they just stopped responding to me.

The job description mentioned access to the classes as a benefit, but I did not learn until my interview that Wright Foundation expects all full-time employees to commit to participating in their classes for the entire first year for one evening a week, 5 weekends a year, plus a week-long retreat -- all in addition to working hours. I find it unreasonable (if not illegal?) to require that significant time commitment unpaid. If the class requirement is *that* important to company culture, I would expect them to hire from among current students. Or at least pay employees for their mandatory training. Or at the very least, more honestly disclose the time requirements on the job description.

The interview process was good! They were really upfront and clear about what to expect during the interview. I felt good about the company and the role after leaving, knowing what I'd be getting into if I got the job. No surprises!
