Behavioral Presentation

It was a really professional, open, and fun process from start to finish. Every part felt deliberate. I met with important leaders who were smart and motivated, but also approachable and focused on building a good culture. The talks weren't just about checking boxes; they were real discussions about values, leadership style, and future vision. They communicated clearly, followed up on time, and showed genuine interest in me as a person, making it one of the best interview experiences I've had.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I had a great time interviewing with Wrench Group. HR reached out first via email, and they were really good about communication. They texted me the day before each interview to make sure I was ready and if I needed help preparing, which was super nice. There were four interviews total, and they were all organized. The first was with the hiring manager, the second with two marketing managers I would have worked with, the third was a case study presentation where I talked about rolling out personalization in Adobe Experience Manager, including road mapping and prioritization, and the last was with a C-level exec. The whole thing took about a month. It was easygoing but professional, and they seemed to care about personality fit. I always knew what was coming next, and everyone was super professional. It was a good mix of being relaxed and thorough. Best interview experience I've had.

It took a little over four weeks from when I first heard from them to get the offer. It started with a quick 5-minute assessment called Predictive Index after I applied. Then, I had my first call with the VP of Recruiting. After that, I had to complete a business case study to show how I think strategically. Then there was a more detailed video interview, again with the VP of Recruiting. Next, I chatted with the other Regional Recruiting Managers, which was a peer-to-peer kind of interview. Finally, I had one last check-in call with the VP of Recruiting before they extended the offer. It was a really smooth and nice process, and Wrench Group kept me in the loop the whole time.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I submitted my application in late January 2025, and the whole thing took about a month from start to finish. They skipped the usual phone screening and went straight into interviews. First up was an interview with the Director of Customer Experience, Websites, which felt pretty standard. About a week later, I got a design assessment. Then, I had a second interview with the Marketing Automation Manager and Digital Content Manager to go over my submission. The third interview happened about a week after that with the Director of Enterprise Applications and one of their Developers. The process felt pretty normal, though I might have overprepared. The team was very straightforward. The only weird thing was the Director of Enterprise Applications didn't show up for the third interview, with no heads-up. I ended up just talking to the developer, and they moved forward without me meeting that director. I'm not sure what to make of that. They gave me their decision the next day with very clear reasons why I didn't get the job, which I appreciated for the transparency.
