The interview process was great, except for the end. They didn't clarify in their last email, which made me think I was still in the running since they said 'in touch for next steps.' But then they let me know I wasn't chosen for the position. This kept me from getting another offer.

Shortly after the phone interview, the recruiter let me know I was advancing to the in-person interview stage. I then had an hour-long interview with two people. They seemed nice enough, but a bit distant and not very engaged in our conversation.
