Senior Software Engineer
Good process, I had a face to face interview with the technical team and the relevant manager. They asked programming questions in JavaScript or jQuery and asked about previous project experience depth and knowledge of management.
- What logical JavaScript questions did they ask you?
- Can you describe your previous project experience in depth?
- What is your knowledge of management?
Software Engineer
It started out great, I was contacted by a recruiter from an outsourcing company and the job description looked really good for me. The technical interview went well, I answered most of the questions, but I had a feeling the interviewer was bored, though I dismissed it as my own impression. Weeks went by and I heard nothing, even though they said I'd get feedback. After waiting three weeks, I reached out to the recruiter and it turned out they hadn't even given her any answers. She had no clue about any feedback for me and, what's more, couldn't find my application on their system. Apparently, I was rejected but they never even told their recruitment contact.
- The interview questions were of medium difficulty.
Software Developer
It was a good and extensive interview process. It included discussion on technical questions and a coding round. There were difficult coding questions to write and many technical questions were asked. Then the interview involved another technical round on-site to showcase coding skills. You should prepare and practice solving many code problems. Also, do extensive research on your topic and have all the data you need for the task.
- Can you discuss coding standards and style?
