Project Manager
The process was pretty straightforward. It seemed like they were really eager to hire because of a high turnover rate. I went through two quick rounds with the director and HR. They were trying to find the best fit for me, even though I had applied for a different position.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What drives you to apply for this position?
Project Manager
There were 3 interviews in total and everything went really well. They were very proactive and kept me in the loop. The first one was a quick chat to get basic info. Then I had a second interview with 2 people on a panel, which was about 40 minutes and focused on more technical questions. The last interview was with 4 people, and I think they were mainly assessing personality to see if I'd fit their company culture, which feels quite homey. They always let me know when to expect a response and they always followed through. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
- Could you tell me about your educational background?
- What about your professional background?
Project Manager
First I had a phone call with the recruiting team, then an all-day face-to-face interview where I met with HR, the SVP of Operations, the Head of Account, and a Creative Director for the account I would be managing.
- Tell me about a personal challenge you've faced.
