Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WPP.
Social Media Executive
The process was very clear and organized. The staff was always very friendly and the communication excellent. From that moment on I noticed that the company culture and work environment were good.
- Describe a challenge you faced and how you resolved it.
Marketing Executive
The interview process had three stages: first, a screening call with HR, followed by a Zoom interview with the VP of the department, and finally, an in-person meeting with the global head of the department. The whole process was faster than I anticipated for a large company like WPP. The HR team was really helpful and provided a lot of information, and they gave me detailed feedback after the final interview.
- Can you describe your management style?
Marketing
I met some people from the company at a school event and got their contact info. I sent my resume and cover letter through a professor and then had an interview about a week later. I spoke with 3 people in total for over 2 hours and also completed a questionnaire.
- Can you tell me about a brand you really like?
- And what about a brand you dislike?
