The interview experience was quite informal and pleasant overall, although it did start late due to a delay. They asked about whether the role would lean more towards the creative or tech side. It was mentioned that the position is very competitive with many applicants, and prior experience seems to be preferred.

I had one interview with the company. They called me in and I was sat facing two recently hired staff. It was fairly informal and friendly. They asked me about advertising and marketing and why it interested me. I had been told beforehand to provide details of advertising that had really struck me, that I had found engaging and they asked me about the choices I made. They looked at my CV and spoke about some things they had highlighted and what was significant about those companies' marketing techniques. I was told I had the job less than a month later. It was not a difficult interview provided the interviewee came prepared. They were very engaging and it felt more like a discussion that anything else.

I was referred by someone I knew to the head of the internship program. They sent me the application and told me about the cover letter and essay I needed to write. After I sent it all in and waited a few weeks, they interviewed me. The interview felt pretty good, not too hard, and I felt confident about it. Sadly, I didn't end up getting the internship, but I was still happy with how it all went and what I learned about the company.
