Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WPP.
Associate
It was about three interviews and then a background/reference check. Nothing too chaotic just a standard but simple interview process.
- Can you tell me about yourself and what you did in previous roles, and why you want this role?
Senior Associate
So first, I had a phone interview. Then the next round was a 1:1 video interview with both the manager and the director of the team. Both calls were 30 minutes and back to back.
- Can you describe a situation where you had several deliveries due and realized you wouldn't be able to meet all the deadlines?
Associate
It went fine. Normal questions. Nothing was out of the ordinary. I ultimately went with a different offer that paid more. I'd consider them again in the future, though. The salary they offered was pretty low compared to other agencies.
- Tell me about a time you faced a challenge and how you dealt with it.
