My friend sent my resume to HR, and about a week later, they called me for a walk-in interview with their CCO. It was a nice experience. We reviewed my portfolio, and he asked me questions like "How do you come up this idea?" The conversation lasted about 1.5 hours. At the end, he asked if I could start the next day because they needed people ASAP.

had a phone interview where the HR asked a lot of questions about my previous internship, then I had a walk-in interview that took about 30-40 minutes. I had to talk to three different art directors, and they were generally really nice and gave me more feedback on my portfolio.
