The process was well-organized and smooth, with clear communication from the HR. Timeline was clear and follow-up were timely. The interview questions were practical and closely aligned with the job descriptions. It is relatable to my previous experience. Screening HR call - 9/2 Interview - 11/2 Verbal offer - 12/2 But the salary is lower than expected as the salary budget is quite huge.

Then, the Team Lead, who was also friendly, asked more questions about my motivation, such as why I chose this city and this specific position.
