I've had 2 really bad and unprofessional interview experiences with WPP. For the first one, I did FOUR interviews and then got ghosted by the recruiter even after I kept asking for updates. I eventually got an automated rejection weeks after my last interview. The second experience was even worse. I had 3 interviews for an entry-level role, including an in-person one where I had to travel to their office, only to have a Zoom call with someone in another country. A week after this last interview, the recruiter called to say they were ready to offer me the job, but a higher-up decided they needed to restart the search because the candidate pool wasn't big enough. She said we could check in later that week, and I told her I was willing to wait since WPP was my top choice. Almost a month later, I got a rejection email saying she enjoyed our time but they picked someone else. So, if this is how WPP treats potential employees, I dread to think how they treat actual employees. They were dismissive, wasted my time, and showed their true colors. Sorry WPP, no third chance.

It was pretty detailed, I went through about 5 interviews with the team and connected with the HR coordinator multiple times. I had conversations with 3 senior members of the team. Overall, it was a really good experience, but you definitely had to be well-prepared.

Applied online and then they reached out by email for a phone call. The first round was a screening call with the talent acquisition team where we chatted about my background and the role. After that, there was a call with the manager, which wasn't super technical. The last step was the decision.
