Initial HR screening to check background, fit, and basic clarifications like education, experience, availability, and salary expectations. Then a technical/role-specific interview to assess skills for the job, like coding, tests, and problem-solving for technical roles. Sometimes there's an assignment/assessment to test how you work, think, and apply skills, especially for senior or technical roles. Finally, a managerial/leadership/HR round to see how you fit into the team, cultural fit, leadership, behaviour, and problem-solving under constraints.

Behavioral Technical

Got contacted by a staffing agency. Then had a phone interview with the hiring manager a couple days later. The next week, I went in for an in person interview with the hiring manager and 4 other people. I also had separate phone interviews with HR and another manager. They asked some technical questions and questions about my experience related to what they need. The whole thing took about 3 weeks from start to finish before they gave me the offer.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Tell me about a time you solved a problem that wasn't directly related to your work experience.
  • Can you discuss your experience in relation to what we are looking for in this role?
