I first had a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with about 4 team members one-by-one (very long process). Two days later, I was offered the position and only given 24 hours notice to give them my response. When I asked for an extension as I was waiting to hear on another offer as well, they told me no because it is standard procedure to only give entry-level hires 24 hours to respond. I felt like this was unfair and intended to create pressure, and I ended up declining.

The interview involved 3 people: 2 from the team and 1 from HR. They were professional, attentive to my answers, and asked follow-up questions to gain a deeper understanding of my experience. The interview included both technical and soft skills questions. Initially, two questions were asked in English, as the role requires English proficiency. The interview lasted 45 minutes, and I received an update on the next steps the following day.

Fast online interview with the team. Everyone on the team introduced themselves and talked about their roles, the team's general responsibilities, and what's currently happening. Standard interview questions were asked in a really open and friendly environment. It was a nice interview process overall.
