first i had a phone call with the hiring manager, then i had to do a math test which included like 3 or 4 marketing questions. the last round was an invite to the office for a 12-minute interview and a one-hour group discussion. during the group discussion, it felt like the interviewers were really grilling us about traditional advertising campaigns, trying to make us agree with their views. the interviewers for the individual part were nice though, but in the group discussion, I felt they just wanted us to agree with them.

The interview process was pretty thorough, with about 6 rounds, and included a use case presentation. I actually liked that it was in-depth and I got to meet people from HR to the MD. But, the salary discussion at the end really made the experience bad. After all the rounds, HR told me they couldn't match my minimum salary expectation, which I had told them from the start. It felt like a waste of everyone's time and effort.

So after submitting the initial application form, I had a video interview. Then, an HR call followed for the next stage, which was at an assessment center. This assessment center included a virtual interview with the hiring managers and a group assessment with other candidates.
