First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WPP Media.
Account Manager
The interviews were lengthy but generally straightforward, and I had the chance to meet several team members I might be working with. The process involved two rounds before I was eliminated. They were also flexible with scheduling. I would consider applying again in the future.
- Tell me about your experience managing campaigns, what were the specifics and KPIs you tracked?
Account Manager
The interview process was great and smooth with good communication on expectations and goals. However, I didn't receive any HR data in my second interview, and I have no idea about the salary or social benefits offered. We'll see about the third interview.
- How would you handle an unhappy client?
Account Manager
It started with a phone screen with HR. Then I interviewed with the direct managers for the role. They were pretty quick with their response. The only thing is, the HR team was my only point of contact the entire time, and the recruiter's email was hidden. I got an email saying they wouldn't proceed with my application from a no-reply email address, and I couldn't get any feedback from the recruiter.
- How would you handle a client who insists on making campaign changes that are not relevant?
