Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WPP Media.
Account Executive
It was a really quick process, and they didn seem very friendly. For a junior role, they expected me to know a lot about Excel. I never heard back from them, which was a bummer because they could have at least sent an automated reply.
- Can you explain your experience with Excel spreadsheets and list the formulas you're familiar with?
Account Executive
The interview process wasn't too complicated, it had three rounds. The first round was with HR to get a general sense of your background. Then, the second round was with the hiring manager, who would be your direct supervisor. Finally, the third round was with the department head.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What sparked your interest in this role?
Account Executive
The interview process was pretty quick because they needed to hire someone fast. It involved three interview stages with different people, and they got back to me quickly with an offer.
- Tell me about your weaknesses.
