I put in my application and a few days later, I had a phone interview, and then I went in for an in-person interview. The in-person interview also included a tour of the warehouse. It was cool to see the place where I'd be working and get a feel for the people and the environment.

It was pretty chill at first with the phone screen and second interview. The last in-person one was a bit more serious, but still good. They really wanted to get a feel for what I'd done before and what I could do.

The initial interview was a casual chat about the company, the role, and my background. They shared the usual positive points about their company culture and communication. While the info available was interesting, their communication was terrible. I had to chase my contact multiple times because they missed all the deadlines they gave me. I wasn't pushy, just followed up a few days after their 'latest' dates. I'm not interested anymore. They never got back to me. Wow Logistics needs to learn how to not ghost candidates.

I had an initial interview, then a second one. After that, the recruiter sent an email saying an offer was coming, but then 24 hours later, I was told no offer would be extended because they picked another candidate.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • There was a great variety of questions, which were challenging but thought-provoking, especially during the second interview.
