Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Woven Care.
Physical Therapist
The interview process involved an initial HR call, followed by a meeting with the department head, and concluded with visits to different clinics. This approach provided a comprehensive understanding of the company and its culture. It also offered numerous chances to ask questions and assess if the role was a suitable match. The process is manageable for those with prior experience, although new graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Registered Behavior Technician
We had a 30 minute phone interview scheduled. I assumed it was the first step, which is totally fine. They communicated frequently, clearly, concisely, and in a friendly way, which helped ease my nerves. After I gave my answers, I got some validation, clarification, and extra info. Her interview style was casual, making it feel like a conversation and putting me at ease right away.
- Can you explain what you understand the role of an RBT to entail?
Speech Language Pathologist
The process was really good and everyone kept me in the loop. It started with a quick 15 minute call with HR. After that, I had a formal interview with the Speech Director, and then I did a shadow at a clinic. They answered my questions fast and moved me along. If I lived closer, I'd totally join them.

Registered Behavior Technician
I was on time for my interview but the doors were locked. Ten minutes after my scheduled time, the receptionist told me the building was closed due to a pipe burst. She contacted the manager who was waiting for a plumber. He let me in and offered to interview me right away or reschedule. Since I was already there, I decided to proceed. He asked some standard questions and then asked me to return when the students were present. He said he would let me know the details. He called me at 4:30 PM that day to set up another interview for 3 PM the next day. I told him I couldn't make it because of a prior family commitment. He then asked if I could meet at 4 or 5 PM on Thursday, but I still had the same family commitment. So, we had to reschedule for the following week. The next day, I got an email saying I was no longer being considered. I felt they were rude for not calling me about the building closure, then trying to schedule me when I was busy, and finally dismissing me before they could even see me with the students.
