Behavioral Technical

I had three rounds of interviews for this role. All of them were interactive and focused on my past work experience and the products I have developed. They also asked questions about frameworks, agile methodology, collaboration, and stakeholder management, which I found to be relevant and engaging. The interview process was smooth overall, and I felt the discussions went well. Unfortunately, after finishing the rounds, I didn't get any feedback or further communication. Even after multiple follow-ups, I wasn't updated on the outcome or next steps, which made it hard to manage other job opportunities. They kept ignoring my messages and calls, and then sent a message saying my profile wasn't rejected but feedback was pending. It's been about a month now, so I'm guessing they've already offered the role to someone and are waiting to see if that person accepts. They could have been upfront about putting my profile on hold, but they chose to ignore me instead. Poor ethics.

Behavioral

The interview process was easy and comfortable, conducted with an executive via Zoom. I was informed of a rush to fill the position and expected to hear back very soon about the next steps. After the interview, I immediately sent a thank-you email and followed up a week later requesting a status update. Since then, for three weeks, I've received no response. A brief email indicating whether a candidate was selected or explaining the delay would have been appreciated. I was very enthusiastic about this role, but being ghosted has negatively impacted my view of the company. Ironically, the executive mentioned during the interview how accessible management would be.

Interviews were conducted multiple times, both over the phone and in person. The HR team was professional and helpful. They arranged all travel for the in-person interview. The time between interviews and receiving an offer was a bit long.
