I got a call from the secretary who scheduled a late meeting. I arrived early but ended up waiting a while. The interview was at the end of the day on Friday. My interviewer seemed rushed, giving me very little time to answer each question before moving to the next, repeating this pattern throughout.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

The whole process felt messy and unorganized. It was hard to know who was in charge or what was coming next. I wasn't even sure if there was a real job opening. Nobody got back to me when I reached out. The interviews themselves were fine, but it seemed like no one was on the same page about the job details or what they were looking for. Honestly, it felt pretty disrespectful.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • The interviews were mostly conversations about issues they are dealing with.
  • I'm wondering if they were just using me as a consultant for two months.

When the company was still small, with about 45 employees, I went through an informal interview process. I spoke with a couple of people. It seemed to go well and was pretty easy. They mainly wanted to see if I had prior experience dealing with people and if I could handle myself in high-stress situations.

First there was a phone interview, then an in person interview at their office on 5th Avenue. Even though the office was small, it was very accommodating. They asked questions about my resume, and then we did some role-plays to check my understanding of customer relationship management.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you provide examples of role-play scenarios?
  • Are you flexible with your work schedule?
