& Process

The interview was fair but not enjoyable. I met with two people back-to-back. The first person had camera issues, was late, and didn't know basic finance terms even though she's in the department. The second person was the manager for the intern role and seemed unhappy to meet me. No greeting or small talk, it felt like an interrogation. The process and questions were standard, but I wish the interviewers were more knowledgeable, prepared, and excited to hire a passionate intern.

It's pretty straightforward. They'll ask you a bunch of questions, then you'll have to do a drug test, which is a mouth swab like last time. After that, there's a week of orientation, which can be a bit of a drag.

Got a super fast response to my application, like less than a day! Had a phone pre-screening, then met with the HR manager and the department manager. I was pretty nervous, but everyone was really friendly and professional. They started the interview right on time, and by the end, I felt like they really valued my time. I got an offer and accepted, but even if I hadn't, they made me feel like a great candidate. Just remember, they're friendly but serious about finding committed and professional people. Pay attention to your body language and be polite the whole time.

The hiring process was VERY long. I had to go to the company 3 times and talked to at least 10 people. After all the interviews, it still took a long time, like 3 weeks, to get a job offer. I will say that everyone I met was very nice, professional and asked good questions. I enjoyed meeting them and was excited about the job. However, by the end of the process, I was questioning whether I really wanted to work here because I was frustrated with how long it took.
