First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Worth Ross Management.
Property Manager
The first step was a 15-minute phone screen with a recruiter. She was on speakerphone and had a pretty thick accent, so I had a hard time understanding her. I had to ask her to repeat herself a bunch, which seemed to annoy her a bit.
- Can you tell me about your property management experience?
Maintenance Technician
This job has a multi-interview process, followed by a background check and drug test. You'll be asked questions and given a chance to answer. Sometimes there are two interviews, and sometimes there are three. It seems like a nice place to work with good benefits.
- Are you able to work on call?
Accountant Auditor
The interview process was very disappointing. The HR manager wasn't helpful, and the accounting director took over the entire interview. I was invited for a second interview, even though they knew they wouldn't sponsor my visa in the future.
- What are your strengths?
Project Manager
I had four interviews, including a take-home project. The recruiter was great, very enthusiastic. Then I met with two executives, one was nice and the other a bit standoffish. After that, I did a two-hour project which was fine. But then it took forever to hear back, like eight weeks. The recruiter kept me updated, but in the end, they decided not to fill the role. It was frustrating because I didn't get clear feedback early on and felt like I was just kept waiting for no reason. I've seen other jobs stay open a long time there too, so maybe they aren't serious about hiring.
