We talked about availabilities and hours, length of employment disclosures, and a "welcome aboard." I was reassured that I will be escorting Santa to and from station, walking the mall to promote business with coupons, and will work various job posts when necessary. This includes photography, people/pose placement, using the clapper to help children forward face for camera, and cashier.

The interview was pretty straightforward. It was a group thing, and since there were quite a few of us, they split us into three smaller groups. We had to chat about ourselves and what our interests are. Then, they hit us with two main questions. The managers were cool, which made it easier to relax.
