The interview was super easy, starting with a phone interview, followed by a group interview. They seem to be really looking for people who are interested in the company; it really feels like they hire almost anyone, and you can tell by looking at the employees.

I talked to 4 people, and was told a 5th senior leader was supposed to be there but wasn't. Nobody introduced themselves. I only knew who the recruiter was from my phone screen. It was super weird that they just started asking deep questions for like an hour without saying who they were or what they do. I had to ask to find out who the supervisor would be. Most of the interviewers were cool, but one senior BD manager was kinda off-putting. They kept asking follow-up questions after everything I said, like they didn't believe me. I'm glad they didn't offer me the job because that person gave me a bad vibe. Be ready for a lot of behavioral questions. Honestly, it was way more questions than I've ever gotten before. Usually, short answers are good, but they made that hard by constantly asking more questions to make you keep talking about stuff. Maybe that's their strategy? I can remember over 20 questions even without notes, and there were way more. To top it off, they started asking about personal stuff instead of work. The HR folks were better than the business development team. No feedback was given when they turned me down. I'm glad I did it for the experience though. It was a bit of a strange time overall.

I had a really good initial phone call with the recruiter that lasted about 40 minutes. We had some trouble with scheduling, so the next interview had to be virtual, which was a new experience for me. I think this might be why I wasn't hired, even though I'm confident in my skills and experience. I was pretty nervous during the virtual interview because I couldn't see anyone on my screen.

We did a phone interview first with a few managers and an HR rep. They asked about me and my ability to do the role, and if I had any previous experience. It wasn't too strange. Then we took a tour and talked about the company, and they might have made an offer.
