First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Worldwide Golf Enterprises.
Club Services Specialist
The hiring process went pretty smoothly and was really well communicated, so I didn't have any confusion. It felt pretty informal, which isn't necessarily good or bad. I was hoping to land a job with world wide golf, but I ended up turning down the offer.
- Do you mind doing the same tasks every day?
Club Fitter
This is a face-to-face interview with the store manager. They prefer candidates with golf experience, but the interview itself isn't tough. Being on time for the interview would be a plus.
- Can you tell me about your golf experience?
Sales
If you have experience you can get hired. You need to get to know management. Tons of experience helps. If you like sales and you can be aggressive with sales you'll be fine. It takes some time to build up your clientele before your commission rates improve.
- Do you have any experience with golf and its equipment?
- Can you be yourself during the interview and have fun?
- Do you think you will enjoy your stay here?
Content Production Coordinator
I had a phone screen that I thought went well. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week no matter what, but then I never heard anything back after that one call.
- Availability/willingness to work on-site everyday and travel when needed.
