Ramp Agent
The whole onboarding process took like a month. The interview was quick, I met with the hiring manager and they just wanted to see if I was a good fit. After that, it was just starting the paperwork.

Civil Aviation Security Agent
I applied through the talentbrand website, and after a week I was called for an interview. It was all very fast. The interview was very calm, it was individual but with all the candidates in the same room. After the interview, I waited two weeks and asked via WhatsApp if there were any openings, and they offered me an opportunity. Overall, it was all very calm.
- What is the importance of security in aviation?
Marketing Communications Manager
Got an email to set up a 15 min phone screen with HR, who was a bit late. A week later, they called to schedule a second interview, which was on Teams with the VP of HR and went really well. Was told the first person I talked to would get me scheduled for the next interview, but then got ghosted. Reached out to both people a couple days later with no response. Sent another email a week after that and finally got an automated rejection, no reply to my emails. This is after they told me I would get another interview. The job was reposted instead of finishing with candidates they already interviewed and promised next steps. Lying to candidates is unprofessional.
- Can you tell me about your experience taking and editing photos and videos?
BI Developer
The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks. First, I had a phone screen. Then, an hour-long interview that dove into my resume and covered both technical and behavioral stuff. After that, there was a team interview where they really wanted to check my SQL and Python skills. The last interview was with the leadership team, focusing on behavioral questions.
- What are your thoughts on Power BI?
- Can you explain SQL subqueries?
- What are CTEs and how do you use them?
