Had 2 interviews, pretty easy, first with the manager then the hiring manager. Both were at the office in London. The offices weren't great back then, but they've been renovated and it's much nicer now.

The interview process was brilliantly organised and run with professionalism. The team at LHH made me feel very welcome even through a testing interview process. They probed my skill set to make sure I was the right fit and also conducted psychometrics to check for derailers as something to be worked on when I started.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and the very next day got a call for a quick chat about why I wanted to work in sales and for this specific company. After that, I was invited to come to their London office for another interview. When I got there, two people met me after a short wait. They looked at my CV and seemed unhappy with it and my experience. They really grilled me about that and even asked some personal stuff about my family and money. They basically told me during the interview that I wouldn't get the job and suggested I might be better off elsewhere in the company. It was a pretty bad experience overall – they know exactly the kind of person they want for sales, and if you're not it, they don't want you.
