I went through 4 stages of interviews: a recruiter screen, a hiring manager screen, a panel interview, and a final 1:1 with the hiring manager. The whole thing felt smooth and relevant, aiming to understand my experience and approach. It was cool because I was in a different process before (for a Solution Consultant role) that paused due to the Global Payments acquisition, but they remembered me and reached out again months later. The recruiters, Connie and Zoel, were great – clear, efficient, warm, and encouraging. They made me feel supported and prepared, setting expectations, answering questions, and making sure I had what I needed. The energy from everyone I met was sharp, open, collaborative, and humble. The panel round was particularly engaging, where I taught them something and did a case study. Even though I didn't get the job this time, I had a really positive impression. Worldpay seems like a place where good people do important work together. I'd be keen to try again.

I was first contacted by an HR representative from a third-party job search site. The HR person conducted the initial interview to gauge my motivation and explain the job details. After that, I interviewed with a director who focused more on cultural fit and asked a lot of questions to see if I was truly passionate about a sales role.

The interview process started with a recruiter call, then a call with the hiring manager who is based in SG, and finally a VP who is also in SG. The overall process was easy, but the case interview was challenging. It wasn't very different from other companies. They are looking for someone with strong payment experiences, and as a newbie, it was not easy.
