Behavioral Presentation

It was a straightforward and quick process. First, there was a writing test, and then I had two chats with senior managers. The interviews felt pretty casual and were mostly about the job itself, how it fit into the team, and what the role required.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was a neutral. I'm kind of disappointed that I didn't get the position but hopefully this helps someone else who is interested in the role. I actually applied online straight through Glassdoor. About a week later, I received an email from an HR representative asking to set up a time for an initial phone interview. The HR representative was nice and asked basic questions about qualifications. She mostly talked about what the position was and what to expect from the job. At the end of the interview, she said she would forward my resume to the hiring manager. About 4 days later, I received another email from HR stating that the hiring manager would like to set up a phone interview with me. It was a pretty normal interview. He asked about how I got my news among other position related topics. My interview was interrupted several times because the manager was a little busy taking other phone calls which I understood but it kind of threw me off a bit. At the end of the interview, the manager told me he would ask HR to send me a writing assessment to complete and that I would have a follow-up interview that same week. He gave good feedback during that second interview so I felt pretty hopeful and confident that I was going to get the position but after that last phone interview, all email communication stopped. Even after I sent the assessment, the manager never called for the follow up interview even though HR confirmed that he would. Five days after the scheduled third interview, I received a phone call stating that they have decided to go with another candidate. Maybe I said the wrong things during the interview but I will write the all of the interviews questions below as I was taking notes from the interviews. I hope these help you! I also distinguished both sets of interviews. The first half is the initial interview with HR and the second half is the second interview that I had with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, there wasn't a third interview for me but from what HR told me, it was supposed to be a discussion about my writing assessment. Each interview lasted about 20-30mins long. Good luck on your job search! From experience, I know it can be hard but you got this!

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was a joke. After the face to face interview, they never gave any feedback, just dead silence. I didn't even bother to follow up because i had bigger fish to fry. Very unprofessional. When I heard another candidate got a same experience, I decided to write this on glassdoor so people can read. You will be interviewed by 3-4 people and maybe only 1 interviewer did some preparation. The rest just asked what's on top of their head and it was so unorganized. They're not even a top 10 in this area, so please drop that snobbish attitudes.

I submitted my CV as a .pdf on 15 March. They got in touch on 7 April and asked me to send it again, this time as a Word document. I had a quick phone chat with the talent acquisition manager around mid-April. Then, on 25 May, they asked if I was 'still interested' (sic). A phone interview happened on 2 June with the hiring manager and another manager. Since then, it's been radio silence, no feedback at all. The job is still advertised now in mid-October!
