The panel of three people was warm and engaged. I was given notice of some questions beforehand, with a few more asked on the day. However, I was disappointed to find out by email that the role recruitment had been cancelled three weeks after the interview, with no updates in the interim. The experience hasn't deterred me from WWF as an organization, but I would suggest applicants be mindful that internal shifts might impact recruitment schedules and results. It's discouraging to invest effort in an application and interview, and then wait a long time only to be told the job was pulled without any explanation.
