Had a screening/phone interview. Sent a thank you email and got no response. A month later, got an interview request from a different recruiter because the last one was fired. Had a one-hour interview with two hiring managers and a recruiter. Sent thank you emails to all three separately and got no response. Sent several follow-up emails after a few weeks and never heard back. SO UNPROFESSIONAL

It was a 4 step process. first interview with HR director and Project Director to see my experiences and background. Second interview with the same panel plus the Marketing director Italy, where I had to do a presentation on my marketing strategy ideas for the project and also write an essay. The last skype interview was with WWF CEOs of different countries, it was very informal with random questions. Finally, I met the team in Rome physically as the last step.

The interview process started with a 30-minute phone screen by HR. A few days later, I had an in-person interview that lasted about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I met with three team members, who were all very nice and friendly. The interview covered the position details, team dynamics, and my research on the team's work.
