The interview process had three rounds. The first round was mainly a pitch, with light company information. Then there was a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. There was no description of how they break down revenue between NGO clients and for-profit clients for instore marketing events. I'm guessing the third stage is the offer stage.

So first there was this company overview thing on Zoom, with a bunch of other people applying for the same job. Before that, we had to fill out this questionnaire, you know, about how we work and what we're like. If they liked our questionnaire answers, they'd call us to set up another interview. The next interview was with someone who interviewed me while she was in her car, which I thought was pretty unprofessional. The questions were really vague, and during the chat, I figured out it wasn't really a marketing job at all. It's more like standing at a table and asking people to give money to charity.

The company intro was clear and direct. It was a fun experience, and they learned a bit about me before the webinar. Unfortunately, I can't relocate right now due to family matters.

The interview process was straightforward and insightful! The interviewer was polite and respectful. The company's passion for Philantrophy is amazing. Their pay is a commission-based structure, with much room for upgrades.
