Technical Behavioral

The interview process involved a 3-question written test focused on proposals for employee/donation activities. This was followed by a first face-to-face interview with the Assistant Head of HR (AHRM), conducted in Cantonese. The role reports to the AHRM. It seems like many responsibilities are not detailed in the job advertisement. They aren't particularly interested in your HRIS experience; instead, they want you to be involved in and handle employee/donation activities. You might have to work on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and do overtime. The written test appears to be a way to gather fresh ideas from candidates.

Technical Coding

I received an invitation directly from the recruiter to attend a technical interview, without being given any information about the position. When the day of the meeting arrived, we found out that about 15 of us had been gathered to collectively complete a technical challenge, which would take more than 6 (SIX) hours straight. The vast majority of people decided to leave in the first few minutes. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that I had advanced to the next stage and was sent five more tests via email, to be filled out before even having a first contact with anyone to talk about the position. Complete lack of respect for applicants' time.
